Texas Deed Without Warranty
The deed without warranty worked perfectly. However, the other form had my wife's maiden name in the place where her married name should be. It's my mistake for not finding it, and the notary for not finding it, which cost us all of $6. I hope I can find a way to correct it and do it again.
It's now January 25, I received an email within an hour of the earlier review, and the problem has been fixed. These people are right on top of their stuff and do what's needed quickly. I'd recommend them any time to anyone. Our forms have been perfect. Thanks, folks.

It would have been good to know the cost up front ... maybe that was stated before we started clicking, but we missed it. The cost was reasonable, but a mystery until we got far enough into it.
