I wanted to add my mom to my current home deed and was debating whether to do the quick claim deed or the Deed Without Warranty. But after answering their questions they recommended the Deed Without Warranty was the safest route to take. After doing some research I found out their suggestion was right on point. This deed was prepared without flaws. Had it notarized, and took it to the County Clerk's Office. Paid the fee and it was filed without any problems. If I knew it was this easy, would have done it a long time ago. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. It was well worth the nominal fee they charged.
