I suspect your documents are excellent. But there is another form that might be required, “Change of Ownership Statement” Form BOE-502-AH. I’ve filled out this form in addition and will be sending it along with the documents you prepared. Since I can’t tell that you know whether we need to file this, and the penalties for not doing so are pretty heavy, I mention it for you to confirm whether it is required or not.
