We read several attorney-prepared TOD deeds at the county Clerk of Court's office. They consist mostly of boiler plate except for names and legal description of property. DeedClaim provides similar boiler plate legal language and guides where to enter specific data, all for $30.

Deedclaim is the only way to go to get an accurate quick claim deed for transferring property to a trust. The alternative is to find examples of forms on the internet almost all of which are not appropriate and do not specify trusts! Really easy to use.

The website worked flawlessly and the documents generated were accurate. The process to initially pick the correct option during form filling to re-title an existing deed for spouses with "Right of Survivorship" was less than clear but the information provided by email support was most helpful.
