Michigan Lady Bird Deed
The deed has been recorded, however the words "of love and affection" for the consideration was not acceptable for the Lapeer country register of deeds office in Michigan. It was no big deal as they just crossed them out. They said that consideration of less than $100 would have been acceptable. This was a very easy process.

Form system for the most part is easy to complete. But I had difficulty reassessing the form to make corrections because the system prompts me to pay again $29 for the corrections.

On the first page of the form, there is an option with instructions on how to request a link to edit your deed. Here is a link to a screenshot of your interview: https://www.screencast.com/t/E6o5Cqev. That notification asks you to e-mail us for a link if you need to make corrections. In your case, we have not received any e-mails or other correspondence from you asking for assistance with corrections. We are always ready to help our customers correct their answers, but we have no way of doing so if the customer does not tell us that the answers need to be corrected.
