I just tried DeedClaim for the first time and the process was so easy and user friendly. They gave very easy to follow and understand directions for complete the "Lady Bird" Deeds I was try to build. The also came through with filing instructions, albeit generic, one will need to check with their local clerk to know all of the requirements. However, they have me off to a great start her in Texas.

The process was straight forward but I won't know it the deed will be accepted by Hawaii for several months.
I will be filing the deed in person next October if I can not get clarity as to the amount of the conveyance tax to be paid - The value of the timeshare is not know. I will have to call Hawaii to see if a value is available or if the minimum $1 tax applies.
