After looking through and even using a free site for a Florida Quit Claim Deed, I decided to check out Deed Claim. I found the “interview” that was basically me answering questions online, was better tailored to our needs. Particularly the directions and warnings on what to watch for gave me a much higher degree of confidence that we were prepared to submit the document. The end result looks professional and well worth the $59 charge.
