It's nice to have an option to paying a high priced attorney to have their assistant fill out the same form. I also love the fact that the document created online using the questionnaire can be emailed to me in Microsoft Word format for final review and editing without having to go back online. The instructions provided with the completed form also point out areas where one needs to be careful to avoid pitfalls. It would be helpful if the "cautions" included with the completed form could be displayed before you pay so people can evaluate whether they really want to use this service or if they might feel more comfortable consulting an attorney. Overall though a great service at a reasonable price. I can't help but wonder if some attorneys use this or something similar to create their own legal documents.

This is an excellent website! The process of creating and then paying for the creation of the deed was quick and easy. The resulting product was not only in ready-to-file/record format, but also came with instructions on how to file and how my beneficiary should handle upon my death (which I will keep with my Will). Very easy and straightforward process. When printing the document in MS Word, I had to do some minor editing to reduce some of the signature line boxes to prevent a small part from printing on a separate page. Not a big deal at all and the document itself is excellent.
