The service worked very well and email support answered very quickly. My only issue was that the process was in the form of questions and answers. You don't get to see the created deed until it is paid for so you don't get to fix issues ahead of printing. I was able to save the output and edit a couple of minor issues. All in all, a very worthwhile service.
