Easy process, had good explanation of every question asked. We filed it at the Clerk of Court with no issues. Cost was around $30 for Ladybird deed and found a promo code online to use. I would used them again for my other legal forms.

Even though I haven't reviewed the Lady Bird deed thoroughly, I would like to say that it appears to be a very good product. It was easy to fill-in the form and help was quickly available through their on-line chat. The customer service agent did a very good job answering my question.
I would like to add that I emailed one of the customer service representatives, Shannon Fortenberry. She was extremely informative with excellent and honest answers. As a result, I decided to use DeedClaim and was not disappointed by their Lady Bird deed.
I will probably use DeedClaim for any other deeds that I do in the future.

I have it say, it was reasonably priced, easy to understand (with a few utube videos embedded which were clear and concise). But more importantly, after I was done, had my document printed out, I had a question. I sent an emailed and folks responded immediately even though it was 5:00 pm. I would use this service again and recommend it if you have the need.
