It worked great, I had to change some things because I wanted to leave % to our 5 kids. It worked out great. This is the best way to leave property to your children in Florida so they don't have to go thru probate.. Probate costs an arm and a leg here. Thanks for the ability to make the Lady Bird deed. There aren't that many states in the US that allow it. I think only 3 states. Thank You, again,
