Filling in the information was easy. I have not filed the Deed with my local county clerk, so I don't have experience how that will go. My main concern is trying to understand for Medicaid purposes and the elderly owner going into a nursing home how id this deed different than a quit claim deed which we already have.

The product was good, especially for the price. Upon reading it word for word I noticed the phrase that starts with my husband's name down until it says "warrant unto" that entire phrase is repeated down till it says "(collectively)." I can retype this Deed myself, but I thought that should be brought to your attention. Also the notary was added in twice, so there's an extra page at the end with just the notary information. Haven't had my cousin, the attorney, read it over yet, but went through it with him when I was doing it and I think this will work.
