This program was pretty simple to use, VERY INEXPENSIVE, and worked when submitting to the District Clerk's office. I would have given it (5) stars, but parts of it was a little confusing (I mean, I get that it is legal-ese, but maybe defining in layman's terms what "grantor," "life tenant" and "remainder beneficiary" mean, or asking the "relationship" questions to design the document a little differently). In my case, as the Durable POA agent for my mom, who has willed her home to her granddaughter, it was a little confusing which name goes where. I figured it out, and it worked. No complaints - I would definitely recommend using this again.
