Florida Quitclaim Deed
When I viewed the deed, it was not correct. I put in a claim ticket and it said that I would be contacted shortly. I did this 3 times with no response. Very poor customer service. There is no way to go back in and correct it on your own and no phone number to call either. That is why I was contacting customer service. All I wanted was to correct the deed that I paid $30 for.I typically don't write bad reviews, but when I tried to contact them over 3 times I was left with no choice. I would not use this company, don't waste your $30

DeedClaim was worth every penny. It made a complicated process very simple and it also explained everything in detail so that you make the right decision on how you should fill out the forms. Highly recommend this program.

Thanks for your help, I went astray in answering some of the questions and received a prompt answer to put me back on track. I’m a “snowbird” and I’m back up North so I will have to wait until next season to get it notarized in Florida and the present it to the Florida deed office.

Nice wizard to walk you through, but no way to change the document on the site later if you choose poorly. Also, the document had one misspelled word. I think if I could go back and change answers to the specific document I would be more inclined to use it again.

Thank you for offering this very important product. One that I was able to do myself. Just need to get it notarized, and recorded. So happy Florida is one of the few states that has it. Wanted to avoid probate.

Contacted this group to write up a Special Warranty Deed. Keyboard work was seem less and everything was super easy to understand. Had no trouble producing the document. However, I made a mistake and didn't realize it until I had printed everything and was signed out. They were very professional about allowing me to re-enter the system and make the correction with no additional charge! Highly recommend this organization to anyone who needs to produce a document quickly and professionally.

The instrument and process is very affordable. Don't let cost be a factor. Good value for the money. The online interview was intuitive and easy to use and you were informed exactly what documents to have ready for reference. It also includes instructions as how to complete the process (file with county). The reason I only gave it three stars was because, for output, I selected the .doc (MS Word) format type of file. (PDF also avail). I use OpenOffice(latest vers) to open it and formatting wasn't correct at all. Took about an hour to straighten out formatting. Please NOTE: I DID NOT try DEEDCLAIM customer service. I just tackled it myself at 2 in the morning one night
