this thing worked marvelously. i had been contacting attorneys, title companys and others to try to find out how to add my spouse to our deed. the cost of doing it thru lawyers or title co's was quite prohibitive - $550 or so. while researching exactly what was needed to accomplish the task i ran across the deed generator on deedclaim. the thing took me step by step through the process, making sure i didn't miss anything important for my situation and my state with cogent explanations of all the minutia needed and produced exactly what i needed for $30!
today we printed it, filed it with the county (asked them to look it over and they gave it their unequivocal approval) and we are done.
my only fear is that the company will sell my data to marketers. always that risk.

When I first started the deed process I thought it was pretty simple until it wanted the property info so I put off finishing. When I finally got around to completing the Form it turned out to be so simple I should have finished it sooner.
Maybe at the beginning you could state the info you will need to complete the Form such as property parcel number and description and where to find that information. It might help speed up the process.
