Thanks for the online availability of this form. I have some experience in working with a family law attorney, so I was very skeptical about the wording. I am pleased with the results, however, I have to be critical of the formatting because unless you have experience in formatting a document, this is not a good idea. I'm unsure of the actual legal status because I have yet to file with the Register of Deeds, who did advise the front page should be a 2.5 top margin. When changing margin, I couldn't get the remaining pages set to a different margin.
I would probably provide more advanced formatting. In addition, more information about what type of transfer one qualifies for would be great.
Overall, not for everyone, however, cannot beat the ease and pricing for completing a simple deed. I appreciate the fact that it's done, though not being able to read even parts of the final version prior to payment was unnerving. Thanks again.

I found the process clear and easy to follow. The help section clered any questions I had as I went through the process. Saving the document in word alowed me to carefully go through and find a couple of errors I had made. The finale step, where you pay failed to display where to put in your credit card information so I left it to resume in the morning. Checking email the next day I found a link to a pay site and a code for a $10 discount.
