The only thing I did not like is that the document was in Microsoft Word. I had to do some extra work in order to get it into Wordperfect so that I could edit it. Otherwise the final product was very good.

A little expensive, but I was in a hurry, and I've spent $30 on worse. A little googling for a template of what I needed got most of the job done, but involved me filling in the blanks, which looked unprofessional.
