I could have done all this by myself and not paid $30. They rope you in by letting you think it's just a form-fill tool.
Given the cost, I thought they would have done more than fill in blanks that any intelligent person could otherwise have done on their own. I suppose I got roped in by the question that asks where the recorded form should be mailed. At that juncture I'd done too much work, like typing the legal description, etc and had hoped based on cost that they'd handle the rest. All of the stuff is public record and/or known to or available to the petitioner.
Very disappointed with their service and may dispute the charge. I could have called the clerk of court for free without your instructions. Maybe for someone who hasn't dealt with this in the past, I might understand. Still, it isn't rocket surgery.
