I was very happy with the information provided and the ease of use of the DeedClaim website. They were also responsive to my questions and made an important correction to my deed. the only reason for 4 stars instead of five is that I have not yet had the deed signed and recorded. If that goes as well as I think it will, I will be happy to update to 5 stars. By the way, the cost for this was less than $30, a huge savings!

Received an Enhanced Life Estate Deed (or Lady Bird Deed) and at first it wasn't quite right--but that was my doing. When I contacted DeedClaim about MY mistake, they fixed it for me so I didn't have to pay for another deed to fix the problem (I originally got a Warranty Deed and really needed a Quit Claim version).
