California Quitclaim Deed
Great software, the questions were clear and the hints on where to find the necessary information helped a lot. The final document looks great!

I asked for a Grant Deed and it generated a Warranty Deed. But I later found out what data to enter and get a Grant Deed.

Could be a good tool. But expensive and deceptive on hidden charge until the end. Promo Code was not accepted and not applied. Header not able to be edited. Bottom line, sounded like a good idea, but I wasted my money - couldn't use the deed - had to redo on another free site.

I was not able to see the quitclaim deed until I paid $29.95 and it contains an error. They should let you view the document prior to
payment for proofreading. Would not use this service again.

Florida Lady Bird Deed
It's a very simple format, if you have your existing deed handy it goes super fast.
DeedClaim should come up with a way they can record it with the County for you though. That's the hard part.

Everything went great and I ended up with the product I hoped for.
And the important thing - I didn't need a lawyer!
Thanks very much.

I wanted a warranty deed. Filled out the form and when it printed... it said Gift Deed. I chatted with the online person and they made the correction for me and sent the updated email and I was able to reprint within minutes!
