I needed to do 2 deeds for my home in FL. A quit claim deed for JTWROS language and an Enhanced Life Estate deed. I did significant research into various tools to get this done. Some were not specifically clear that JTWROS language would be added even after completing the process prior to payment. Deedclaim had both types of deeds for me and for a fair price. My attorney agreed to review both after completion and I offered to pay her for the review. She looked at both and said they are complete and would not need edits.
