Dogtra BP-12RT Battery
Everything came in about 5 days after ordering and worked well. It is always a pleasure to receive exactly what you order. I rarely have to use the collars on my dogs but after a certain period of time they start thinking for them selves and need a little reminder. Thanks

Dogtra 1902S
This product was recommended by my trainer but she left it up to me to find where I chose to buy it. This product is excellent. I did not want an orange collar and contacted the customer service by chat and they gave me instructions to grant me my preference with no problem. I phoned to speak with someone as well when I did place my order. The rep was friendly, knowledgable, professional and kind. He exceeded my expectations with providing me the information I needed. He guided me around the very well-done website so I can get around my own for any future purchases. I did come back to get some addition items and I asked for the same rep who called me back within minutes to help me make the best selection for my dogs. So happy I chose this company. I did not and would not trust an item like this to a company that I could not reach and have direct communication. Nope not when it comes to my dogs!

The administrative (buying) the unit went well. I have no idea at this point how good the unit is. Check back in 3 months as I've had it less then a month.

Dogtra Pathfinder
I bought this as a gift for my stepdad, but the buying process through the website was easy and efficient. I also appreciated the fact that the company reached out to verify the validity of my order because the billing address and shipping address were different. Lastly even with this being ordered less than a week prior to Christmas, we still received it before Christmas. Thanks so much!!

Dogtra 2702T&B Beeper Collar
Been a Dogtra customer for years and I love the new 2702 T&B. I run a pair of English Setters and they respond well to the collars. The new vibrate/PAGE feature saves a lot of zapping because they respond most of the time to to vibration and a shock isn’t needed. I want to buy a second one just to have because I use these everyday. Best collar on the market

It is really nice having the finger buttons instead of handling the remotes when working with both of my dogs.

Dogtra 300M Transmitter
I bought the transmitter to replace one lost earlier. It took some time to initially pair but after discussing that issue with a customer service person, the transmitter has worked perfectly with my dogs original collar. By the way, the unit comes in an envelop so there is no documentation. It might be a good idea to include a doc that covers new pairing.
