Love this Dogtra ARC collar. My dog responds to vibration only most of the time and you cant even tell ists a "shock collar" when my dog is wearing it ...its great! Thanks Dogtra ;)

Great product. Next time, include instructions to reprogram the new remote. Had to search online to figure it out. However, once programmed it worked awesome. Fast service, fast shipping and will definitely use again.

Dogtra SBC12V300 5.5 SMPS Charger
I am a K9 trainer, training dogs as small as Yorkers and as big as Great Danes. I’ve been using Dogtra products for the past 14 yrs. I’ve tried other brands and have always gone back to the Dogtra products. Whether it’s E-Collars, batteries, or assessories like chargers, they the MOST reliable, well made and easy to use products out there.
Thank you for maintaining quality products!

Dogtra BP-74RS Battery
Good customer service but unfortunately they recommended for me and sent the wrong battery. Had to return by mail and haven’t heard anything about a refund/replacement, etcetera. Will need to call, just a bit inconvenient. Seems like a good company though! Just needed to work with the sales associate a bit better from the beginning so that we didn’t order me the wrong battery!

Hi Lisa, thank you for the review. I did a little checking and see that you emailed us on Aug. 2 saying that you purchased the wrong battery and would like to return it and we replied the following day Aug. 3 with return instructions. Did you receive that email from us? We also asked if you would like help selecting the correct battery and you declined saying you just wanted to return it ...I don't see any correspondence where we recommend that battery for you. We have a "Replacement Battery Chart" on our homepage where you can find your model and get the correct batteries.
I also dont see where you returned the battery. Please let us know via live chat or customer service email if you would like us to help you select the correct battery for your unit and we can get it shipped out right away!

Dogtra Metal Belt Clip #4
I recently purchased a nice addition to my dogtra collar in order to have my hands free when working or playing with my dog. The belt clip is just the right thing to give you hands free and access ready to your remote. Glad I bought it. Just wished it would have come with the collar originally. Stays put at your side . Worth the extra $$.

Hi Laurel, thanks for the review! The belt clips do come with the larger units but not the smaller "low to medium" power units ...sorry for any confusion there!

The Dogtra 1900S e-collar is a great tool to have for your dog. I have used it to further my 7 month old Chocolate Labs daily training. The Dog Training Outlet’s customer service is very helpful and will respond to your inquiries in a timely manner.

Dogtra Pathfinder
We recently purchased the Dogtra Pathfinder and absolutely love it. We hike every day in the National Forest and can't always see where the dogs are. They could be behind a large rock outcropping or bunches of trees, etc. When they were out of sight we were constantly calling them. It did not make for a very peaceful hike. Now we know exactly where they are and how far. Haven't had to call them see using the product. Definitely a 5 star purchase. Thanks.

The service is great. I've had it for two weeks. So far it works beautifully. I do wish the knob for the level was a little tighter, it moves a little too easily, but not enough to prevent the five star review.
