Doftra was awesome! I lost a remote and ordered the wrong replacement they took it right back and sent the correct one immediately. Love the product. I have 3 large breeds and Dogtra is the only bark collars and training collars that work.

Dogtra SBC10V1500 5.5 Charger
Dotra as a company is easy to work with. Their collars are high quality. When my husband dropped Trigger's remote the water and had to replace it the people we called at Dogtra shipped Trig's new remote helped us sync it. Recently I needed an additional charger called the company and had the same quality service again. Consistency, quality, and service.Dogtra is what more companies need to be.

Good quality material but the clip covers the charging port on the remote. I have to remove the clip every time I need to charge it. Would be 5 stars if I didn’t need a screwdriver to charge.

2 collars 1 remote, the best solution for those who have two dogs! The orange collar looks quite cute on our female pup, while her brother rocks the black. The vibrate function is great for recall training while the shock one helps them learn what not to do and keeps them out of trouble. This pack has a great range and works awesome at the dog park as much as the great outdoors. This is a must have for hiking with dogs, or going on any wild adventures with the dogs, in the mountains, on the beach and everywhere in between!

Quick shipping, battery on the collar doesn’t stay charged as long as I would have liked. Other than that I like it

The reason I love this company is because if you don't understand the product or have a question ... they are there to help! I have called them a few times and they figure out what I am doing incorrectly , I have both the teaching collar and barking collar. Very pleased

I think it is great that you offer replacement batteries for my 2700T&B Training and Beeper for the diy. delivery was fast! the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that my batteries only lasted 11 months, if I would have recognized it sooner I would have sent it back for warranty! I also noticed a loss of performance when the batteries were at a lower level? I don't believe that should happen with LIPO batteries, should it?

Dogtra 1900S Transmitter
I had to buy a replacement receiver for the Dogtra 1900s
System. It was delivered quickly and after an internet search, I was able to program it to sync with the collar. We use the system everyday for our hike in a wooded area. The ability to retrieve my golden doodle when she is out of eyesight has made our daily walks so much more safe and enjoyable.

I have a dog care business and I walk groups of dogs off leash in the woods. Your training collars are a godsend I am able to take dogs that could not ordinarily come and run free because it wouldn’t be safe. I’ve had some of my collars for 10 years they are so reliable and easy to use and effective I wouldn’t use any other thank you so much
