Very consistent, great battery life and the impulse setting can be fine tuned to the dogs lowest threshold. Worth every cent

reliable and safe. other brands are not ad precise as this one and would need possible

Very satisfied with purchases I made. Fair price. Received items quickly.

It has helped my dogs tremendously and it’s like having new dogs at home. Very happy with dogtra

Had to send unit back to dogtra due to it not charging. Fortunately they warrantied it. The charger did not work. They sent me a new one.

Great customer service and quality products!

Bought a replacement battery and currently have no issues.

Best Dog trading tool ever!

good service

I would have given 5 stars simply because when I received the item it included a hard side case that I did not expect. It was well packed.

My main issue was the shipping that said 2-5 days. I realize I’m on the other side of the country and ordered it after the cutoff time for shipping on a Friday. I did expect it to arrive at least within a week of ordering it. It took 11 days to be delivered. It turned out I wanted to study more how to use it before putting it on the dog and pressing the buttons. I have read a few books prior to ordering it but am just finishing up another book before I start training with it. I have a lot of faith in Dogtra products and think I have made the correct choice in the model I wanted. I did however, just put it on a bungee collar as the stock collar that comes with it does not account for neck expansion during exercise and distractions. The dog I am going to be using this with very likely had a bad experience with e collars prior to me getting her as she was afraid to let me put it around her neck with the stock collar. Soon as I got the bungee collar for it she had no issues with it at all.

My dog barked ALL the time and with the dogtra it’s like she is never there !

Our lab is a new dog with this collar! Nothing else has worked.

Your website was easy to find what I needed. My order arrived perfect and now my e-collar is perfect again. Thank you for helping.

I am frustrated the antenna fell off, but the replacement was as advertised and arrived as expected

Perfect for dogs training

After ordering a replacement remote, I was given a shipping confirmation but the item never arrived. I called to find out why and was told the item had, in fact, not been shipped. The person I worked with got the problem resolved quickly, the remote was shipped out and it works perfectly! My only complaint would be that I was given a shipping confirmation prematurely and that I was not contacted to help resolve the issue instead of me having to chase it down. Apart from that, I would definitely do business with them again as their customer service is very responsive.

The website is great n easy to navigate. The delivery was right on time just as promised! The customer service is excellent easy to communicate with and very knowledge of the equipment.

There service was great and really quick.

Best pointing dog collar on the market. This my second 2- dog Dogtra TB 2700 series collar set. My original set is 20 years old and still works great. The new set has a very nice new vibration feature. Many applications for training

I never received my order. Can you please email me my confirmation number and receipt please. I can't find the original in my email now. Thank you.
