My receiver was not holding its charge and I thought that maybe it needed to be refurbished. I contacted your site and one of the associates sent me an email saying all I needed was the appropriate battery and that was it. Problem solved 4 days later! Thanks!!

Very quick delivery! Exactly what I needed. Would recommend for efficiency and service.

Quality products at good prices! Great Customer Service!

I purchased the Dog IQ Plus and I love it! I really like that it can be expanded to a two-dog system, which I definitely do plan to get the second receiver soon.
I like that the receiver itself is slender and sleek, you can barely even tell my dog has it on. The controller is simple and easy to use and I can really note the difference in my dog's response to this one versus the previous one we had. Super happy with this purchase!

Everything was fast and shipment received in optimum condition. The product works as expected and exactly as described. Thank you I will purchase for sure from you!!!

Ok

This worked almost instantly for my mini schnauzer.

Great product! My sensitive skin puppy can wear this all day without any skin irritation or break down!!

I have used this product for several dogs in the past. It has been great. I was in a jam as we were heading to vacation when the product needed to be in my hands in 3 days.
Delivery was ahead of schedule thank you

My dog trainer recommended your product and went into detail outlining the difference between your e collars vs shock collars. I am very pleased and thrilled that my dog can go into the lake wearing your collar. Good job!

Nice product! I love the ergonomics with the on/off button and the no nonsense pairing of a new/additional receiver

We have been using the ARC hands-free collar. It is a very good, easy to use and reliable product for training and maintaining a happy healthy dog. We have a 1 1/2 year old Rottweiler, and he is very well mannered inside the house and out in the world. Using this product which can be kept discreeet hidden in your pocket using the hands-free remote he says right by my side in walks through our neighborhood or even at the farmer's market without being on leash. He loves being able to go more places with us now that we have a clear communication link between us. I recently lost the transmitter while hiking. I ordered it on the Dogtra website which was very easy to use and very helpful. The product came with free shipping on time when they said it would. I used Customer service to "pair" the new transmitter to the Dogtra Arc collar as that information was not in the user manual. She was very easy to follow her directions, she was professional, very nice, and clearly knew how to perform the "pairing" that I needed. Then after I thanked her for her exceptional service she asked if I wanted help "pairing" the hand-free remote which I had forgotten about, and she was just a fast, clear and friendly for that. Truly some of the best customer service I have received in a long time. Great product, very easy and useful website, extraordinary customer service.

Love the collar! Works great.

Bought a battery for my dogtra 1900NCP Field Star Series- I bought the dog training collar for a dog in 2014, it worked like a charm to touch up his obedience training. Am using it on another dog for the same reason years later- with the new battery, it still works perfectly!

I've used this brand of collars for years, always reliable. Love the smaller version.

Easy ordering, rapid delivery, great product

Great product, we are currently using it for our leash training and he is responding well to it. We are using it with our dog trainer so we do have guidance on how to use the collar.

The instructions could be a little more clear, but after a few different attempts, I was able to get the remote and collar paired.

easy peasey

Batteries die pretty quick but otherwise pretty good.
