Thanks a lot for your positive review! It's great to hear that our service has made it easier for you.

The kit did not provide me with any assistance at all. It is required that you have a drivers licence and other forms of identification to address name changes for other organisations. I had to source the documents from ea h organisation and complete with the representatives. Unfortunately a waste of money. Not happy I paid for a service that states it creates ease. It did not and I did not use your service. Please refund!

Excellent service from Genevieve… I don’t think I would have (or could have!) continued with the rather bewildering name change process without her assistance.

This kit was a game changer and saved so much time! The kit that came had all the info and forms I needed and explained what I needed to do, was so easy. Gen was great helping me get everything together and communicating where she was at. Sending original docs to get certified was quick also and was sent back with tracking the following day. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone.

With the kit it is quite user friendly with instructions clear and concise. Quite involved when it comes to self managed super fund and Government processes.

Thanks for your feedback Carlo. Sadly there's not much we can do with SMSF, but I'll look into adding some clear steps to help other customers.
