I never even used mine sadly. I’m a busy mum of 3, it sat there unopened and the size of it and amount of instructions overwhelmed me. I ended up doing all the face to face in a day- so I shouldn’t have spent my money. Great in theory with people who have time and headspace to sit down and make sense of it

Thank you for your review! I'm sorry to hear you found the information overwhelming. Sadly, there's just a lot of instructions and paperwork that goes with changing names. I wish we could have somehow simplified it for you. We don't like customers to be unhappy for any reason, so please contact us if you would like a refund to any value of your choice (in accordance with our refund policy.)

Made changing my name so much easier having all info and documents together rather than running around trying to do and find everything. Was quick and great communication

This service has saved me money in paying for unnecessary documentation when provided incorrect information by the passport office. They were also incredibly responsive to all questions and customer service and value for money was outstanding. Thank you.

After 15 years of name change we often know more than the staff that are handling your paperwork! So glad we could save you the totally avoidable hassle of replacing your citizenship certificate

Disappointed to see the poor quality of copies. Pages are cut off at the top (can’t see all writing), and there is a big black/grey streak running along all pages. For the price to have things done for you and meant to save time, there is still a lot of work to do (I should have paid for the cheaper email only option, as most places are via email anyway). Not worth it with the poor quality of printing.

It took a while to get to me over the xmas/new year period but they definitely take the hard work away from you with this process!
Would recommend if you're looking to avoid the headache of legal name changes!

Sometimes it's hard to know where to start with such a massive task! So glad could step you through the process and make it much more simple.

I didn’t use this for any of my name change. Everything was done online via forms or at a front desk to sign paperwork

You purchased the certified kit and I don't believe we had the chance to receive your return documents and forms at the time you left this review. I hope your experience in the end was 5 star!

Thanks for appreciating our huge and ever-growing database! There's always a few sneaky companies that pop up, so we are glad we could help you identify these and get them all done at once.

This was helpful for a selection of things but I found I still had to complete quite a few applications by myself. Did save me a bit of time and was handy to see the list to remember all the services to change my name with!

I hear you! The biggest frustration with name change is having to go in person for your driver's licence and banks. I wish we could fully automate these but customers need to sign in person. Still happy we could help you with many others and the list of knowing which companies to include.
