This is my second collar from Educator. I bought this one over the Mini Educator for it's features and that it is different than that one so I do not mix them up. I have started with the vibration mode as my dog is young, yet I do not have to have the shock mode on for this. I really like that feature. I also love that it has a light on it as my dogs are dark and are not visible at night. The only downside is that the handheld has a different plug shape than the collar so I have to look at the handheld every time I plug it in.

Easy to use. Unlike other brands where you need a PhD in dog collars to understand the directions then come to find out some of the directions are missing and the only way to get collar to work is to call customer service. This collar is the best! Highly recommended!

We upgraded to the Boss. Let me tell you the difference is amazing. I also ordered the video as we were originally given a mini educator by our dog trainer but wanted to make sure we were doing things correctly. Love that this has it's own carrying case and I do not need a magnet to turn on and off like I had to with the mini. This is amazing product

I wish I could give Educator Collars more than 5 stars!!! I had questions regarding incorporating an ET-800 that I already own, with purchasing another unit for training two new dogs. Byron responded to my questions, within just a few hours --- and gave me several options. His priority was to give me the BEST options, and not necessarily the most expensive ones. As I had more questions, he again responded quickly, in additional emails. The mini-Educator ET-302 is working out perfectly, with TWO dogs, and easy to set up. I was having some problems controlling my larger dog and my little dog at the same time. I decided to get an E collar and on the word of a friend of mine that it already use the educator I got the dual educator. Can’t lie this is probably one of the best investments are made of 2020! My boys get excited when I grab the collars because they know that they have more freedom as well they also have responsibilities. Anyone looking to correct any kind of problems with the dog and you’re having frustrations should definitely look into this product it does not hurt the dog and as I said my dogs look forward to putting on the collars they do understand what it is but they know it’s time to go and play!

A little difficult getting started with using the collars. Didn't want to start using the collars and ruin my dogs because of my stupidity of not knowing what I was doings. YouTube was helpful, but still don't think I am using the product to it's full capabilities. Unable to hear the T (tone), or unable to tell if the dog is receiving the higher continuous shock.
I am still happy we made the purchase and can see a difference in our dogs. Now they are excited to see the collars first thing in the morning, because they know it's time to go outside and run around/do their buisness.
My wish list, is the e-collar would be compatible with a fence parameter device.

This collar works so well! We got one with a training package we bought for our older dog and just got one for our newest dog. She has learned very well with it and both dogs respond with the collar at only a 6-12! I can’t even feel it on Love you! Hand until it is at a 12-14 so it is gentle and humane and just reminds them to focus and obey :-)

Had for a week. They have a bigger battery than most collars I researched. Had for almost a week now and have only charged once! Dogs respond well to them. Like the light feature for at night.
