Educator PG-300 Vibration Collar
I'm using this collar for about a month now and I'm very happy with it. So far it is reliable, and both remote and receiver are giving me impression of very decent quality. My dog (13 year old miniature poodle with bad hearing) is responding great to it, with proper training of course. I'm eqally as happy with customer service, they were always quick to reply to my emails and very helpfull and polite. Definitely would order another ECT e collar from them if I ever need one

We trained both our Great Pyr and Pit Spaniel mix on the collar. They stay in the yard and follow training.

Great service just bought the wrong battery, and then purchased the correct battery. Found out it’s the entire transmitter! But everything was quick and painless.

I've used a different brand of e-collars for years, but quality/reliability/customer service declined on that brand, so I switched to Mini-Educator. I love Mini-Educator quality and response time, but sadly I like the design of the other brand better.
The round controller of Mini-Educator is awkward to hold, and the buttons are hard to find with just touch. A raised, textured button for main 'nick' button would help a lot. I work in a kennel so tend to carry a lot of controllers at once, and not being able to quickly find the button I need is a bit frustrating. More ergonomically shaped to fit in your hand would help also.
Again, I know the Educator quality is great, but I hope the usability improves.

My Buddy came to me as a trained rescue! He has been a joy to adopt. When his receiver battery quite charging, I didn’t know what do ,or who to contact! The back of the receiver had a phone number, so I called and spoke with a customer service representative and she handled everything and sent me a new battery and Buddy and I are so thankful. Since Buddy came with the E- collar, and I didn’t know where it had been bought, I didn’t know where to start ! But the information , and the nice representative , took care of it completely! I will always use OffLeash by E-collar

It works amazing when it works. It always seems to disconnect from the collar even at a full charge. Half the time I wonder why my dog isn't responding to the collar and then I realize after a training session it's no longer connected. I purchased the contact point extender attachment because o have a cattle dog with a double coat. He ended up with a hotspot a day later. I knew I should have bought the other one instead of the one with 2 metal wings. Now I can't use it at all until it heals there should also be a better indication that the collar and remote are connected and when battery is low . Low battery on remote is easy to see but that's the easy part of the equipment.

Educator RX-090 Small Receiver Collar
Great collar worked flawlessly for 2 years on my Boston terrier/Jack Russell mix. Until a day at the beach while on vacation. He was playing fetch in and out of the ocean as usual after an hour playing he showed signs of pain. I thought he hurt himself but after checking his collar he was being continuously shocked by it at a high level. After inspection the unit had a small stress fracture in it. I primarily use it for recall when he’s off the leash. I’m definitely a little hesitant to use near water again

We added a second dog to our EZeducator 900. The process was a bit tedious, but the directions were clear. You can’t just put the collar on and expect miracles, but If you take the time to train your dog to this system, it truly is like having a 1/2-mile-long invisible leash you can use to communicate with your dog effectively. I would recommend this to any serious dog owner.

I started using Educator Collars because the trainer I worked with uses this brand. It works good. The only concern I have is when you have warranty related issues you really need to call because i've not had issues resolved well through email, but they have very strange hours so you have to make sure to call them ASAP otherwise you could be going a week without a collar while you are waiting for replacement parts. They also don't include any instructions, so it's best to call. I thought I was ordering the right replacement battery and turns out it wasn't.

Offers Feedback When You Cannot!

Educator BP-504 BarkLess
For dogs that live in walk-up apartments with neighbors, quiet is really important. When we are home, we can offer training and feedback. When we aren't there, the Barkless Pro offers the feedback we cannot. The adjustable settings (type and level of feedback) help us tailor to the sensitivity of the individual dog, and the counter shows us how many barks were attempted (we like to see a 0 or a 1!). There are different prongs available for dense coats as well. This tool is incredibly effective and humane. Don't buy cheap, harmful bark collars from online giant stores...buy this one.
