Excellent collar. Great trading tool

This collar has been dependable and simple to use. It is my security blanket.

They are good but my dog is still allergic

This is by far the best e-collar out there. I had a few others before this? Some cheaper brands and two bigger name brands and this one surpasses all of them. My 80lb reactive German Shepherd responds so well to just the vibrate option. I also love how many different levels of stim there is.

Took an extra moment to sort taking the old skins off as there were not clear instructions but once that was sorted, new ones snapped on. Bought two different colors to keep them from being mixed up between dogs. If you want some pizazz then these work well.

I've used an Educator collar for 2 yrs. Easy to train up a pup! Mine learned quickly that he doesn't like even a very mild stim (#10), so we use vibrate all the time. My dog will stop chasing a deer or squirrel with a couple of vibrates only. After a year with his collar, he no longer wears it inside. If he doesn't follow a command, all I need to do is hold up the transmitter and he quickly follows all his commands. My dog is always off leash on our 2 acrea rural property (no fences) we would never have confidence without an educator collar.

I got the 3/4 hypo allergenic long thick points because my dog is a gsd /mali cross with immensely thick long neck fluff so these were perfect . I had zero contact with the other points so training with the collar is now much more effective .
I also like that making a purchase on this site is super easy because all product info is super clear & if you still have questions customer service is fast and on point .

This device increased the trust between me and my 2.5 year old dog. He has not needed to be on a leash since I got the collar and even runs with me when I’m riding my bike. I feel it has made him be more attentive to me and also less excited for other dogs and humans passing. Will recommend to everyone that has a well behaved dog that has the fundamentals down. Most of the times I still have a short leash (oh crap handle) on his collar for backup.

We have been using the Educator Small Receiver for several years now and just had to order a new one. They have been so effective in training our dogs and the reliability of the product is excellent. Easy to charge and holds the charge so well. We are so glad we found this product and highly recommend.

I have my educator set on one of the vibrate settings. Even with the low setting, I get one or none when the collar is on, and often only have to say "no bark" and show my dog the collar and she will get the message. She still whines, but that's way better than a deafening bark.

Started using the micro educator with my dogs off leash. We worked with a trainer which I would highly recommend for better control. How high it will go makes me a little nervous for potential abuse. We mostly just use the thunder setting these days. We bought extra charges because we forget to bring them when traveling. Nice company to deal with.

I lost my remote, I bought a Garmin because I needed something… And I ended up giving the Garmin away. My educator collar is self intuitive and the best out there I've found so far! I wouldn't trade it...

I bought these collars for my dog and friends' dogs - no complains so far.
Even if they fail (due to battery discharge for example) I'm sure I will be able to buy a replacement here and go on.

Great training collar. 5 stars. Very effective. I resorted to it, as a last resort, when usual commands and rewards were not working for my two mini dachshunds, ages 3 years and 20 months, to control nuisance barking, which is genetic to the breed, reactivity, and for occasionaly retrieval. I had 4 trainers and used usual methods and nothing else was effective. Now, I hardly have to use it anymore, after a very short period of training for about a month to it, as they now understand to alert bark initially a few times and then stop. This mini educator collar is gentle enough for mini dachshunds, and I rotate the prongs vertically, because of their small necks, plus I don't want to put pressure on their trachea, should it rotate. I only use it outside and I mostly only have to use the vibration mode 97% of the time. It helped them to understand the command to "Leave It". I still allow them to bark and alert me of necessary things, but they now know now that when I say "Thank you, Leave It" that they can stop barking and I will take care of it or it's not a worry. It is not cruel or hurting them. It is gentle, for those, who like me, worried about using a stim collar. Personally, I have had physical therapy done on me with a stim device and I know that it is just a mild electrical muscle pulsing sensation and it did not hurt me but helped my muscles heal. On a dog, it is a mild muscle pulsing sensation to their neck in a collar that communicates as a correction or cue. You can control the intensity. One of my dogs, I only have to use the vibration. The other reactive one, sometimes I have to use the Stim but at a relatively low level. It is NOT like old-fashiioned training collars that utilized an electric SHOCK.This uses transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) technology, exactly as used in human physical therappy devices to stimulate muscles. I had to learn and understand this to acknowledge that this would be a great training tool. For those of you that are afraid to try this because of not understanding how it works, reconsider. It is safe, not cruel and very effective. I don't need to use it inside, only outside and I turn it off when they are not wearing. Thus great battery life. Initially I used it 24/7 per my trainer, but then decided that was overkill for my dogs, so now just use outside. You have to know your dogs and what is best for them. Great quality, great battery life, great ease of use and amazing training results. Note: I got the quick snap bungee colllars accessory, so it is easy to put on and take off, and the stretch bungee helps it to be more comfortable on their tiny necks, as you have to fit it close to their neck so they can feel the stimulation. I love this brand and it was the best of everything I researched, at least for my tiny mini dachshunds.
