Educator Hypo-Allergenic Contact Points-3/4" Long Thick
I tried using the stock contact points from the mini educator and unfortunately my Aussie had a reaction to them, the skin became red and inflamed. Bought the hypoallergenic ones and have had no such issues! Even had better mire consistantly contact with the skin.

Educator ET-300 Mini
I bought the mini educator for my 1 year old Australian Shepherd, hes a very intelligent dog but he struggles with impulse control and recall off leash. I started using the educator collar with basic commands, healing and recall and it's going wonderfully. Absolutely would reccomend.

These collars have worked well on two very excitable Schnauzers. We have calm, non-eventful walks with no aggressive behavior. However, the manual wasn’t well written and programming the collars took effort.

Educator ME-300 Micro
Very pleased with results. Have a small dog that was not responding as expected but after a couple of weeks working with het I no longer have to use a leash. Press the tap button and call her name and tell her to come and she almost always come back to me with out additional use of the e collar. Feel it is important to praise and use lots of treats for positive reinforcement.

CPAD-011 Winged Ultra Comfort Pad - Long, Thick Hair
The standard pads stopped slowly lost efficiency once our Corgi’s flouf grew in. This adjustment is perfect for thick hair and got our training back on track. Highly recommended for thick, long dog hair.

I got this ecollar because I got another dog and didn't want to carry around two remove to be able to train all 3 of my dogs. I have the ME-302 & ET-302 and they are great for 2 dogs but with having 3 now the EZ-903 makes it easier to take them all out. There is a bit of a learning curve for going from ME-302 and ET-300 to the EZ-903 but it is well worth teaching yourself how to use it. I highly recommend this ecollar for anyone that has more than 2 dogs now or you will eventually have more than 2 dogs.

Hi Patty, thank you for the review. Unfortunately, we are understaffed like most businesses during this pandemic and cannot respond to calls as quickly as we used to. On our contact page we do say this in big red text and ask customers to open up a support ticket for faster service ;)

Educator ME-302 Micro
We ordered the micro educator training collar, for two dogs. We also ordered the comfort pad and nylon collars. The customer service helped me pick out which training collar to get and explained to me what the comfort pads did. They were a bit slow on fixing an issue with the comfort pad but once they understood (with photos) what the issue was got it straitened out. Thank you for the follow through. It is tough finding companies with good customer service today is tough but you came through, thank you!

It is wonderful to use 1 remote with 4 dogs. I did have to watch a video to set it up. The paper instructions were very confusing. I still can't figure out how to use the tone feature.

This collar is very user friendly which is what you need when you have this in one hand and your dog in the other! We basically have only used the vibration mode on our german shepherd. She does not like it, but it corrects her without us using the shock feature. I love that it is waterproof as well!

Works great. My 7 month old pup minds way better now. It’s like night and day difference. Best investment I have made for my pup.
