I purchased a car charger for an ET-300 collar as a gift for a close friend. It was a birthday gift so I needed it within a week's time. The website was easy to search and I found the item in no time. I ordered, provided payment and completed the order. Two days later I sent an email to the customer service address ( on a Sunday, late afternoon) to ask about ship time and my need to receive this for a birthday. I could not believe I received an email back that same Sunday evening telling me the order had shipped and I would receive it tomorrow!

Love the collar. I've used ecollars in the past but this is the first I've had where I can figure out the exact setting I want. However it took me almost a week before I could use it. The collar comes with 2 contact lengths but neither worked on my German shepherd. Wish the website would inform new users that they may want to purchase contact points separately (if so I missed that). Ask other users, if you can, about the best contact points to use for your breed. I use the 1" contact points on my GSD.

This collar is a indestructible. My English Setter swims with it everyday all summer. I hike with him daily with no worries about him not listening when I call. I don't think I've had to use more than the vibration feature in months. A true bonus when I take him out to never have to use his leash. Thank you Educator Collars!

This is my first e-collar. After doing my research and consulting with my dog trainer, I decided on the Mini Educator e-collar. I very much like it. Also the e-book that is offered with the collar is great. I've now had the collar for about three weeks. The first two weeks, we only worked on collar conditioning and wearing it randomly. I have a longhaired dog and love that the collar comes with the extra probes. So far, training results have been good. I especially like the training methods of the Leerburg folks and Bill Hillman. I am thinking about buying the bungee quick release collar. I think it's worth the extra investment for easy of use and fit.

I am so happy with my Mini Educator purchase. It's so easy to use. I ordered an extra collar and am using one transmitter to train two dogs. I love that I can fine tune the stim for each dog separately, since they respond to very different levels. Also, ECT has amazing customer service. I have contacted them via phone, email and online chat with various questions and they are always eager to help.

I love the E collar, it changed our behavior issues immediately. Less than a week. Used the e collar to teach and reinforce Him does all of his commands very well and is a great listener. Definitely use e-collar so you’re always in control. We almost never have to actually shock him
I only shock in emergency and it’s not even a shock.
He knows if I vibrate the collar that means it’s a warning or a sign of “come here”used properly these tools are a great aid to help you.We are both feeling more comfortable wen out.

I am a dog trainer and only use mini Educator technology equipment because they are the best. I recently Ordered a micro educator collar for a 10 pound dog that I have in my board and train and it is working great. No problems the mini educator and the micro educator are the best. I’ve used other ecollars in the past but now refuse to use any other ecollars except the collars from the collar technologies. Thank you for making such great tec that works well and very reliable
