Educator BN48RX - Replacement Battery
I had an old e-collar that no longer worked and was contemplating the purchase of a new collar system. I found the replacement battery kit offered on your site. A few dollars later I had a complete replacement kit (including the water tight gasket). The shipping was fast and the install was quick. Its like a brand new collar. Thanks!

The product works great, only issue I have is having a hard time finding how to change the settings, and it changed on its own, which is still a confusion to me.
Also I experienced a problem with the screw which were to attatch the magnet for the handling. It broke as soon as it was screwed in, so the magnet cannot be put on and the screw is in the hole not able to get out, which sucks, as that mean I cannot just use another screw.

We purchased this collar to replace the one that comes with the e-collar. It’s so much easier to use, and once its adjusted, there’s no more remembering what hole to use. Definitely recommend this product.

Educator ET-300 Mini - Lady
The ET300L Mini is a great tool for working with your dog. We got our first one from our trainer. We could never have worked with our shepherd/lab mix like we have. There's no more pulling or tugging on a walk. And now, we have a Shiba Inu, a primitive dog breed. We never considered not getting an ET300L for her. One small tap, a little vibration, and they know the next words out of our mouths are directed at them.

Educator WF-1202 Waterfowl (2 Dogs)
As a veterinarian, I speak to many trainers and dog owners who use training collars. I chose this collar due to the great range of correction levels from a simple beap to a stimulated correction of great intensity. I like the option of a second correction level with a simple push of a button. I can use one controller for two dogs and give them their own unique level of correction. I also like that this device emits more of an electrical vibration vs. an electrical shock but as with any electrical correction collar, you can do more harm than good if you don't use it correctly.
I recently used the collars where there was no ability to recharge them. Both dogs wore the collars and I had the controller in for a total of 19 hours over two days without the batteries dying.
What I have found tricky is how to turn the light on while the dogs are wearing the collars and not accidentally give them a correction (when trying to switch between collars).
I have only had this collar for 1 month but will definitely recommend it to all.

I have two 3 year old siblings. I keep the E collar on whenever we are out together so I have control of them in case of an emergency or a dangerous situation. I live in the mountains and there is a lot of wildlife. They are reliable and work every time.

Within a week the ordered e-collar was failing and not working as it should be. I contacted the customer service (Dana) and she answered directly. In a couple of days it was clear that it should be replaced partely. It took 1 week from the first contact with Dana and recieving the new part. This is fantastic.

I shopped around quite a bit before settling on this one and I have no regrets. I have used this collar for well over a year with my dog and I absolutely love it. The toughness and versatility of this thing is amazing. On top of this, Educator really stands behind their collars with great customer service.
