Educator RX-090 Small Receiver Collar
This receiver is perfect for my very large gsd. Easy to use. I really like the tap setting for low intensity training. Using the educator collar has made a huge difference in the effectiveness of my training. This collar has shown me how helpful and positive e-collars can be when used correctly.

Educator Hypo-Allergenic Contact Points-3/4" Long Thick
My GSD kept getting sores from the other contact points I tried and I tried a few different types from long hair to the wings. She kept getting sores. As soon as I switched to the hypo ones she hasn't had one sore on her skin. So glad you offer these!!

Educator EZ-900 Replacement Remote-1-2 Dogs
Our remote wasn’t working correctly, we reached out to customer service who was helpful. Unfortunately we were outside our warranty but I was happy to hear you can just buy the remote separately from the collar. We were also informed to not over charge the remote which can cause the issue we had.
We’ve been using EZ educator for over 2 years. I have a husky that is able to be off leash and has a good recall thanks to the ecollar and correct training. This is a great tool. I was hesitant when my trainer suggested it, but when used correctly it creates joy and trust for your dog.

I’m a dog trainer of 12+ years and on my own dog training company, and this is the only collar that I will ever recommend to a client as well as use on my personal dogs. For the first 3 to 5 years as a dog trainer, I was totally against Ecollars— and I still don’t/wont use majority of the ones I have previous experience with, however, this company, collar, and it’s multitude of different functions have proven immensely beneficial to so many different aspects of training. A huge differentiating factor between this collar and majority of others is the precise level of stim you are able to send, as well as having an immense range of levels (1-100). 10/10

Very helpful! The low tone settings are perfect - she just needs a little nudge every now and then.

There needs to be a better way to toggle between tone and vibration. Or have another button just for vibration. Also maybe use mini USB ports for charging both components.

Educator ME-300 Micro
As a professional trainer working in Alaska, I rely on Ecollars in conditions ranging into the negative double digits. Proper use of this tool has saved many a dog from being stomped to death by moose or mauled by a bear. The collars that I own have been functioning without fail for years with daily use.

It is a well made tool for training. It works well. Perhaps it is just me but I find it a little confusing to set yo the level you want. As I said itt could just be me. Also the collar is quite heavy to wear Made need to be but I really would not want it on my neck for a period of time being that heavy

Educator Finger Trainer Upgrade Kit
We bought one of the educators for our puppy training and hated to keep reaching for the control. I was beyond frustrated till I was told by my trainer to get the finger controller. It works great and I have in attached to my wrist just in case, it is discrete and only the puppy and I know it’s there. I think anyone that makes a decision to get the collar to make sure it’s compatible with the finger controller, because I think it is a must have. Customer service is wonderful.

5V Auto Charger for 2015 300/400/800/1200
I bought this charger in addition to 2 new batteries. The batteries didn't come with double sided tape like the original ones had on them. They don't seem to work like they did before the battery exchange. I guess I'm going to have buy some 2x sided tape and reinstall. Customer service on the phone was great. Shopping seemed to take much longer than expected. I received multiple emails about order status and location. I also received the email for a review before I got the actual product. I love the Mini 300. I'm inclined to think this is unfortunate circumstance and will continue to work with the company to resolve these minor issues.

I don’t know how it works, but it works! The neighbours asked about my dog because they had not heard her barking. Her winning has stopped as well.

Educator RX-120 Large Receiver Collar
When my ET 400 finally gave out on me after 5+ years of use, I looked into replacing the collar receiver vs buying a whole new setup and found out that I could upgrade to the RX 120 large receiver with my existing remote even though it is set up for 2 dogs and the first dog still has the ET 400. I had been considering upgrading my whole system to the RX 120 to get more distance and power for my stubborn 1.5yr old Doberman but did not want to have to carry 2 remotes. I was thrilled to have the option to just upgrade her collar while still using my existing remote for both dogs. This receiver has a convenient on/off button on the collar which has been so nice, and the increased power has made a huge difference in my dogs difficult behaviors.
