This is the best. There's quite a learning curve for this one but once you know it's pretty easy. I suggest using leerburgs guide on YouTube. There's so much functionality with this one.

I have a hand that doesn’t cooperate (due to injury). This snap collar allows me to put the collar on my pet, independently!

Worked as advertised. Very pleased with results.

I purchase the (The Boss) Educator ET-800 system as soon as I get my puppy, after watching several tutorials on YouTube. It’s adaptability and levels of adjustments to to various circumstance (additional dogs, temperaments etc.)are awesome; and once I got him to an off leash training stage. Giving my Lil dude best chance for success. I highly recommend this if your the kind of owner that’s dedicated and responsible!!!

Great products, easy to use and WOW! What a difference it makes in our life with our dog. So much easier to communicate without any ambiguities. The company also has all the accessories to keep everything easy to access, etc.

I thought I had found my collar on this website which specified a 400mah battery but the collar actually took a 300mah battery. Very tight fit but works.

Although the product is amazing their customer service has very much to be desired when I called to inquire as to why the product and showing it was shipped and I had 1 to 3 day shipping and it had been a week the person that answered the phone asked me if I wanted to sales or service when I told him it was service he said he’d put me on hold where I remained on hold for an hour I hung up and called back a woman answered the phone and she asked me if I wanted sales or service and when I said service she put me on a hold where I remained for 45 minutes then I was given the option to have a callback the person who called me back had a very snide tone very unprofessional when I asked him why it and said that it did ship but I could not get the tracking he told me that once it ships it is not their responsibility and they would’ve had this problem before and they were going to fix it he said in a perfect world he would have a transport device and he would be able to transport it in this device I felt that answer was Condon sending minimizing and just outright rude he laughed at his little comment I did not I am a veteran Charles Matthew Williams

Amazing product and fast delivery to the UK

We have had an educator E collar for about 7 years, the battery finally died while not being charged for over a month (I was working out of town). Best customer service ever in getting a new battery for it.

Barking at people on the street from our deck has been an issue. We ordered the bark less BP 504 and after only 10 days the unwanted barking has been greatly reduced. Very pleased with this product so far.

This is perfect for sensitive dogs. My standard poodle listens very well but can be very touchy and responds quickly to any correction. This is used to tighten up her skills. So far only used tone with her, aside from conditioning the collar. Great for the sensitive ones

ⁿEasy to use, I have the 2 dog. I was a little worried it would be hard to use in the field but was not a problem.

Very effective performance!

I tried several other cheaper Collars, to no avail. This collar is fantastic! it is simple to use, easy to take care of, and is very flexible in its settings! My dog Kayo actually responds with the lightest touch of tone. My belt clip broke after a couple of weeks. I called and within a few minutes another was on its way. The customer service folks were very knowledgeable and polite. I was pleased enough, I bought my YorkyPoo a bark collar as well! Thanks!

Great product! One of my main training tools for my clients.

Great tool for training to fine tune that call back. Unfortunately the clip is not too good for hiking in dense vegetation.

Just love the colar

I like it but it seems like the battery of the collar is weak. Otherwise great. Although I ordered blue and got purple… lol

Excellent quality, love the color choices. Shipping was quick, great seller.

Visual for me is easier to learn. After watching this (there are many) I was able to understand the instructions that came with the E-Collar. Utube “How to Use Your E Collar Tech Mini Educator (Et-300) E-collar. It’s recommended not to use the E collar until your pup is 6 months or older. We used it when our GSD was 6 months and only for training or walking. The vibrator is used 99% of the time. The shock option is the same setting as the vibrator. When finding the setting he responded to the setting was locked. If dogs have a negative reaction and yelp the setting is obviously too high. Another Utube discusses for the collar to have full effect it should be tight enough so you can fit 2 fingers between the neck and collar.
This collar doesn’t appear to work for long haired dogs which would have been extremely helpful for our daughter’s Golden.
The battery life lasts for days but again it’s only used for short periods of time. The collar never is on him all day. After reading complaints there is no indicator for low battery, I will reread the section on the battery.
Praise is always first but the E Collar is a tool we wouldn’t be without.
