The content of the report was good and was delivered on time. However, the service provided by the team at expert reports was very poor. The client's name was spelled three different ways and when asked to correct this I was provided with a second report which changed the spelling of the client's name to another incorrect spelling. I do not believe that I should provide the quality control for the report. No apology for the continued error and time wasting was given.
