I think the service is fantastic.
The response received was super quick and the cost trivial given the information provided.
Although I would have been able to transact some of the flight segments I posed in my request, the number of options provided by Matt were great and allowed me to think more about how to use my points much more efficiently.

Being new to using QFF points for International travel and wanting to do a multi city trip from Adelaide/Rome/Barcelona/England/Ireland/Adelaide in 2018 I consulted with Matt to achieve something I could not do on my own as a Bronze FF. After paying the fee and sending him details of my trip he came back in less than 3 days with an acceptable proposal to use my points to fly business class all the way with a cost less than $3000. I received your v comprehensive plan on Friday, and phoned Krysflyer as your suggestion on Sunday, my first opportunity. To make a long story short, some of the flights or sectors had no seats available, despite my being flexible, ie allowing a day or so earlier or later. . So no seat available Cairo to Ottawa or Toronto, and no seat available from Toronto to Narita. So I negotiated Frankfurt to Montreal instead, and Chicago to Seoul, but latter was only available economy. Will have to find a paid flight Cairo to Frankfurt. The Krysflyer agent was happy to wait list me on one of these flights, but I felt I should firm things up now, and not rely on a miracle later.
On the one hand I would have struggled to put together the flights you suggested , and I would never have thought of Cairo, but....as I was negotiating over about two hours with the polite man at Krysflyer, I was hoping you had done all my legwork with seat availability. So it goes.

I am a total newbie to everything involved with booking flights using points and navigating booking engines. After filling out an initial questionnaire, Award Flight Assist sent me 5 options with clear instructions on how and when to book for each option. I was able to book flights with no problems and Award Flight Assist was also on hand to answer any questions I had. I will use this service every time I want to use points for an award booking, as I had tried unsuccessfully to use points to book a flight for many months. I consider the fee to use this service to be more than worth it...and I’m telling everyone I know!

Brilliant service. Very quick responses to my questions and they found a near perfect itinerary for me in almost no time. I can't speak highly enough of the service I received. I was given two options, one Business and the other First for a trip to London, Canada/USA via Singapore. The response time was a little slow due to high demand which I understand. The result was as I expected because this wasn't a particularly difficult request. It confirmed to me that the service is useful but I need to allow plenty of time to get a response and work things out.
