We just received the pinball machine we ordered last August, believe it or not. Due to no fault of gameroomshop there were significant delays from the manufacturer and unreliable delivery dates they kept publishing. Throughout all of the delay issues you all at gameroomshop were awesome. The level of communication by all, personal attention by Dylan, and keeping the promise to ensure all will workout for the customer, especially with the large $ tied up for so long. Hi, I just want to give a huge acknowledgment and a thank you to Angelica for the communication and rescheduling a delivery with XPO logistics. I was gone for a week when XPO wanted to complete the delivery and they told me it would be over $1000 storage fee; with Angelica's help, she got XPO to hold the foosball table until I returned.
