I am happy to update my review based on Game Room Shops response to a number of the issues we experienced with our order of the Warrior Foosball table. I left an original review on the 7th of January and received an emailed response back from Dylan who is the owner at Game Room Shop. He did seem very concerned about the situation and was very helpful in getting all our issues resolved. We finally received the order about the 9th of January. It unfortunately came slightly damaged. Once we received it and discovered this we reached back out to Dylan at Game Room Shop and he again was very helpful with getting things taken care of. He helped us get a rebate as well as a new table top (the biggest part of the Foosball table) sent out from their supplier (Warrior). In the meantime, we were able to set up the slightly damaged Foosball table and use it. They did not request we send it back which was appreciated so we didn’t have to delay our kids use of their Christmas present further. Based on our experience and Dylan's commitment to help make all the issues we experienced right, we feel this is a quality company and would recommend them to anyone looking to get a new game table. I believe our initial experience was kind of a fluke deal and out of the control of Game Room Shop, more of an issue with their Vendor and the shipping company. We have been happy with the Warrior Foosball table. Seems like a solid product and our kids have been having a great time with it. Play it nearly every day. Excellent product, excellent service

Game Room Shop staff were great in supporting our purchase. They were very responsive to questions and accommodating when the table arrived with some damage. I would highly recommend purchasing from Game Room and will do again in the future.

Game Room Shop was right on time for me. I wanted to purchase an NFL chair for my husband, and of course, every website and store was sold out but Game Room Shop. I was a little skeptical at first because I have never heard of Game Room Shop, but I was adamant about having this chair as a gift for my husband. After reading the reviews, I took a chance on this dealer and glad I did. When we received the chair, there was a missing piece. But in less than a week, we received the missing part. I will and have recommended them.

A few bumps in getting the table here with all its parts but got it installed yesterday and it is perfect! Totally love it and it plays really smooth. Nice having it be a one stop shop where the delivery and set up is all in the price. Very happy!

Love the Centrefold 25. My family will enjoy for years to come. I sure wish we would have had room downstairs for it. My only regret is having to carry upstairs (w/ a 180* turn). Hardest task I’ve done in a while (2 grown men). Regardless, I’m glad I went with quality. Too, Game Room Shop handled the shipping very fast (with 1 week to Christmas).

The pool table is everything I had hoped for. The installers were professional and knowledgeable. I love my new billiards room!

The team Game Room Shop worked diligently to track down my shipment when it appeared it had been lost during transit. They kept me posted via email and phone with what they were doing to track it down and resolve the situation. I was very pleased with their follow through and overall service.

I placed an order for the Spider 360 2000 dartboard machine from Game Room Shop on 12-8-20. Mariam was extremely helpful in calling the manager at Spider to ensure the machine was shipped on time and arrived before the date I requested. This is so much more then a dart board. It's a gaming machine with tons of games, great graphics and more then I could have asked for. The price is fixed by the manufacture but with the coupon from Game Room Shop I saved a few dollars. The experience from ordering to delivery was perfect and I appreciate all of their help. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat. Thanks again.

My husband is a Pittsburg Steelers fan. I was looking to purchase /surprise him with a comfortable computer/desk chair. It took several weeks but once it arrived, he was so excited, he put it together in less than 30 minutes. He LOVES it!!! The design is simple yet elegant and the seat is quite comfortable.
