Was able to get ahold of a person and ask questions and get clear answers. Product was exactly as advertised. Custome made cabinet excellently put together. It's the first thing I see when I come home every day. Love it! Thank you so much!

Someone did drop the ball in returning a call from me but other than that the service was excellent. Other calls were promptly answered and the personnel were helpful and courteous. Would not hesitate to do business with this company again.

Venzi (Customer Service) made sure to keep in touch every step of the way regarding my order. Going above and beyond to make sure the process was seamless. Due to an error on my behalf my pool table was not able to be installed with the original white glove service. Dylan (owner) took the time to explain with full transparency the issue at hand but still offered to refund my installation payment at a loss to them. I cannot express my appreciation and do hope you are able to recoup the loss.

We ordered this dart board and have loved it. It is the nicest dart board we have ever used. It has lots of games and so many features. More than I would have expected. It is a well made dart board. We are extremely pleased. When purchasing it I was on the chat line with a gal that was extremely helpful and gave me a coupon code that reduced the price a little more. I would recommend the dart board and shopping with the Game Room Shop.
