So I ordered a few items from this site in preparation for my RTW trip, I brought a microfiber towel, wash bag, insect repellent, padlock & a couple other things. I have to say I was extremely impressed with the service, everything arrived in good time, was packaged well and most importantly was all great value for money. Prices are good and quality is high! Very happy customer, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

I was very happy with all the items I brought. I had to return 3 sleeping bags as they were bigger than I thought. Unfortunately, I had to pay over £12 to return them. Despite this I ordered 3 lighter ones and they were perfect for the a Scout trip my boys went on.

The Ultralite 100 1 Season Sleeping Bag is quite possibly the best thing I've ever bought, it's so small, and so light, but really comfy and warm. I bought one each for my sister and mum too. Delivery and everything was good.

Rang up gapyear travel store to enquire about a rucksack. I spoke to the rudest man who would not let me speak and kept interrupting me. When i told him that the customer service I had received was poor.. he told me to shut up and put the phone down!! do not trust this website/ store, they have probs written most the reviews on this website themselves. very misleading!
