I bought 3 of the small water bottles. I read some reviews about them leaking, so I showed the kids how to get the lid on tight and always check it. They haven’t had any leaks so far and they love them! They even frequently turn them upside down to check for leaks! Lol! I have loved all of the products from goodbyn!

My Goodbyn Bynto arrived with a broken corner and due to this won't seal properly and is essentially useless. This is very disappointing as my son and myself were excited to begin to use his new lunchbox after winter break.

I received my order promptly however one of the containers is damaged. I’ve emailed twice with pictures without a response. I’d like to have a refund or replacement for the damaged container but no one has responded. These were to be Christmas gifts and time is running out. If I could get a response my review may change.

Did not receive two items from my order (goodbyn bottles), tried to contact company multiple times, was never able to speak to anyone. Whenever I would call, no one would answer, left multiple messages including my order number, name and phone number, no one ever contacted me back concerning two missing items. What a joke of a company.
