I purchased 3 lunch containers, and had problems with one of them sealing all the way. (The other two work great.) I contacted customer service via email, as suggested on their website, and after about a week they reached out to replace the lunch box with one that closes. I think these lunch boxes will last us for a long while, and I love that I can put them in the dishwasher.

It came within the time frame it was supposed to, but did not hold up to normal wear and tear! I put it on the top rack of my dishwasher and I wonder if that's the reason it does not stay shut anymore :(. I'm very disappointed.

I love the containers that I purchased. I bought 2 different ones for my daughter to use for school, but decided to take one to work this week. I got so many compliments and questions asking where I bought it. My only complaint is that it seemed to take awhile to ship. I love the size and design of your products. Easy for my kids to use. However, I bought the water bottles that fit inside the Bynto and my son used his twice before it cracked on the bottom and it’s unusable now. They seemed like they were going to be sturdy because they’re fairly thick, firm plastic. Hoping the rest of our items don’t follow suit.

I am very disappointed with my purchase. I was really excited because I seen the bynto that I purchased used by several Youtubers. When we recieved ours we didn't even receive stickers that I believed were suppose to come with it. The shipping took a very long time which I was not prepared for.
