I was rushing around to try to get dinner cooked and served before a Indiana Fever game started that I really wanted to watch. I put a little coffee and spice dry rub on the steak and slapped it on a hot grill. After getting the corn on the cob started I turned the steak. It was caramelized and beautifully grilled- marked. After another few minutes, I returned to the grill to a dulcet sizzle. I took the steak off the heat,let it rest briefly and served. It was tender and juicy and perfect. There were no leftovers to be had!

I realize after cooking these chicken breast that the ones I was getting from the grocery store were simply inferior. They always came out dry and unappealing.
