Shave Steak from Hearthstone Farms

Shaved Steak
I recently received my 1st order From Hearthstone Farms, the packaging and prompt delivery was 1st rate… But the biggest surprise was the quality of the meats, possibly the best pork chop I have ever had, and the Shaved Steak was so tender and flavorful it's hard to put into words. Sautéed with some onions, peppers and mushrooms on a baguette it put the big chains to shame that make steak and cheese their business model. It's much more juicy and flavorful than the Number 9, or Big Kahuna's… Really that good, try it… You definitely won't be disappointed, and it is a selection not offered at Butcher Box.

Ribeye Steak
I have had fewer steaks that were as magnificently tender, as these. These steaks are raised right and it shows by the cut itself. I highly recommend HeartStone Farms, as a safe and reliable provider of premium meats in a world full of bioengineering.
