Ancestral Blend Ground Beef
I love that they have this as an option. All the goodness of organ meats without as much of the strong taste. If you're not huge on the flavor of organ meats I recommend this as a kind of middle ground compromise.

Chicken Wings
Tender and juicy, with an minimum of flab, and tastes like chicken. Been awhile since that has happened.

Ok… I actually haven’t cooked short ribs until now. What was I thinking? These were amazing! Thank goodness I ordered a lot, cause I get to have these in my belly again! Yeah!

I have tried the ground beef and the sausage so far .the sausage is the best I have ever tasted .It actually taste like sausage. Not fennel. I stopped eating sausage until now . Amazing . The ground beef was so fresh . Cooked faster than the fatty store brand.

Ground Beef
My family and I use a ton of ground beef, whether my son is craving tacos or my wife wants a juicy smash burger, it’s a go to basically every week. We were finding the quality of beef we were getting from the grocery store was inconsistent and typically awful, to the point we started to grind our own on a regular basis. Now that we have had a regular supply of the heartstone farm beef we don’t need to anymore! Always consistent quality, texture and taste! We are always impressed by their meat and this ground beef has been a life saver for us!

Fajita Meat
I used this to make Pad Thai instead of fajitas. Since the meat is in thicker strips, I had to cut it up, but it cooked up great and definitely had a much nicer, richer, flavor than the "stir fry" meat strips I used to buy at the grocery market. I would def. order this again.

Zesty Italian Sausage
We have purchased this sausage a couple of times and it never disappoints. It is juicy and flavorful without being overly spicy. Definitely, much better than anything at the grocery store.

Chuck Steak
We started to get the 20lb box almost two years ago. It's one of the best decisions we have made. Not only does it get shipped to your door. The quality is excellent. The chuck steak is delicious. We also just tried the 1 lb chicken thighs and wow. We will definitely be getting more of that

100% Grass Fed Skirt Steak
This skirt steak is just incredible! I marinated in asian spices and soy sauce for a few hours, then brought to our beach bbq. Two minutes a side on a smoking hot grille, rest for 3-4 minutes, slice across the grain. They couldn't get enough, this was my second Skirt from Dan!!

I searched many farms before finding Heartstone, and I now purchase all my meats from them. The quality and flavor is what keeps me coming back. The best part of the package are the premade 1/3lb burgers. They are the house favorite.
