Ancestral Blend Ground Beef
The ancestral blend is such a convenient way to get organ meat into my diet! It tastes amazing, and the quality is obvious. The shipping was super quick too! If they ever start selling tallow, or bacon that doesn't have sugar added, then I'll be adding those to my cart as well. Either way, I'll definitely be back for more of this!

Marrow Bones
I love making bone broth and, on a whim, decided to order some bones from Heartstone Farm - I made broth with these just yesterday and oh my goodness-- the gel it produced! Fantastic and so gelatinous. Very CLEAN tasting too. You can tell these bones are from well-raised cows. I won't make bone broth ever again without bones from 100% grassfed cattle.

Steak Burger Patties
Wow! these were fantastic. I will be purchasing these more often. I find them better than another farm's version of the steak burger that I used to buy. This one far exceeds it in flavor.

A lean piece of meat for sure.

Sirloin Tip Steak
I like fattier pieces of meat. But this would be good probably marinated and then maybe tasty in the air fryer in kebab sized portions. I'll try that next time.

Ellen - Thanks for the feedback. The Sirloin Tip Steak is definitely one of our leaner cuts - and can definitely use some tenderized help sometimes, for instance with a marinade. Appreciate your support! - Dan

Sweet Italian Sausage
For dinner we ate the Italian sausages. They were delicious. Even my cat liked them. I gave her little bits. Not greasy at all.

Maine Dayboat Scallops
I ordered the day boat scallops because I was sick of water soaked scallops. These were so delicious. I was excited that we could get day boat scallops without going to the waterfront. Thank you to Heartstone Farm for offering these to their customers. They are worth the money.

Zesty Italian Sausage
I am so picky with sausage I was even hesitant to add them into my box this month. These were full or flavor and cooked great in my pasta sauce. Thr skin was nice and tender after simmering away in thr sauce. Highly recommend!
