Zesty Italian Sausage
This is the most amazing tasting sausage my family and I have had. We are newer to the grass fed and responsibly raised meat. What a difference! We are looking forward to our next order.

Uncured Country Smoked Bacon
I have ordered the chicken, ground beef, strip steaks and bacon.
They look, cook and smell so much cleaner. We can really tell the difference and will only be purchasing our protein from Farmer Dan now and forever!
Also got the beef liver for our dogs and they love it and their goats are shinier!

Sirloin Tip Steak
My meat arrived very quickly, only 3 days after ordering, and it all looked great, still frozen! And it tastes very good, and I don't have to worry about any of the junk that's in the supermarket meats! I know I'm getting good quality meat, at a good price!

Pork Chops were perfect!

Bone-In Pork Chops
We have just become aware of Farmer Dan and so this was our first order. We did a small order - a chicken, couple of pork chops, couple of rib eyes, 5 pounds of ground beef, a flat iron steak and bacon. We are about half way through the order and everything has been just as expected. Last night I grilled both pork chops and I they were some of the best we have had. We will be scheduling a regular box order. Thanks.

Sweet Italian Sausage
I liked the blend of spices and it is not too greasy the way some Italian sausage can be. I will order more!

Ancestral Blend Ground Beef
I recently purchased my first box of meat from Hearthstone Farm and we are super excited to have found such a great farm in N.E. We recently used 1lb of the ancestral blend and we loved it! This was our first time having a blend with organ meat. Very convenient way to get organ meat in your diet. I will definitely be ordering more! Thanks Farmer Dan and Hearthstone Farms

CHICKEN BREAST TENDERS (1 lb)
We recently ordered our first box and it won't be the last! We really love that the boxes are customizable both in quantity and individual cuts. This makes it easy for us to plan ahead and make adjustments as needed. The thoughtful packaging, quality and flavor of everything we've tried has been unmatched! We even had next day delivery! As a fellow Mainer, we are grateful to have this option right here at 'home'.

Ribeye Steak
Firstly, the steak was perfect and a nice size. A hot out of the oven (broil) Cast Iron Skillet, add Butter, Salt, Pepper, and Garlic. Baste and cook to liking. I know not popular but mine was more on the WD side of Medium but it was tasty with Bacon Wrapped Asparagus, and some Perogies. It was a meal Well Done…..pun intended.

St. Louis Ribs
I just recently started using Heartstone Farms, and they are the best meat delivery service around. Not only is the customer service and meat quality great, but the meat products they offer are so diverse. I recently started smoking meat and finding quality ribs locally were just not up to par. The St. Louis Ribs Heartstone Farms offer are great and have had to put more in my future orders because I always cook them first. Thanks to Heartstone Farms!

Ancestral Blend Ground Beef
I wanted to get my iron and red blood cell count up since it was low on a recent test. Read that organ meat is a great way to improve but I didn't want to eat liver etc. This seemed a good option. I made chili out of it and it was really good with a "smoother" taste, better than regular ground beef!
