I recently ordered fajita meat from Farmer Dan and cooked up a batch of green pepper , onion and the meat to place over riced cauliflower as I am on a very low carb diet and it was out of this world! The meat was so tender it melted in my mouth. I would recommend this and every product from farmer Dan as they are always outstanding:) I love

Awesome! Seared a couple minutes on each side. Then added a couple tablespoons of bitter, garlic, fresh herbs. Put in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes. Remove from panâŠtent with foil for 10 minutes. Plate with garlic and drizzle a little butter from pan. Perfect.
